In shape for boxing?
can running/jogging 4-5 miles a day doing about 150 push ups a time 150 sit ups a day hitting the jumprope 4 times 1 min each flawless and can you tell many any polite methods to get into shape like boxers do and im with the sole purpose 15 yrs old 5'6 130 pounds
