Increase heart rate and hunger when drinking?

Whenever I drink alcohol (especially wine) I feel that I get unruly hunger and I wake up early the subsequent morning with an increased heart rate and panic attack symptoms. I completion up eating all afternoon which gives me more anxiety about the problem. Do I want to be concerned about the way I am metabolizing the alcohol or do I newly need to stop drinking (duh) so much.

Is my workout routine alright?

Answers:    The potential weight gain, both from the alcohol carbs and the food is a concrete area for concern.

Without more medical information, I can not tell you if the hunger is psychological or physiological.

Food and drink do not speed up how your body processes alcohol, but they dilute the effects.

Alcohol displaces hose in your cells. Drink a honourable amount of water after drinking. This will also make you smaller number inclined to be hungry. Also, try to stick to healthier foods like veggies and fruits when snacking.
