Instant Rice - is it still well-mannered?

I have my reasons for using instant rice - first and foremost because I'm always in a hurry.

The rice I currently use is Minute Rice - 10 Minute "unharmed grain" brown rice, similar to:

Being on a controlled diet (I'm an amateur bodybuilder), should I not be using this rice?

I have read that instant rice is more likely to be processed by the body as a simple carb, and ultimately sugar.

Is this true? Or is instant rice still considered a complex carb?

I still can't integer out how to lose substance... Any planning?
