Is it common for me to be losing immensity close to this?

i'm a 16 year old female, currently 5ft 8 and still growing, and just this minute in the past few weeks i own lost nearly 2 stone. this is in 3 weeks, I'm really wondering why. can anybody give me any solutions to what it could be or how it can be stopped? serious answers solitary please?
