Is it better to use dumbells or a barbells?
when doing my free weight exercises?
Answers: the use of dumbbells increases your range of motion, and flexibility. it will also support to build the stability muscles needed to achieve much heavier lifts. But I would suggest doing both on your larger muscles I.E legs, chest, shoulders..
