Is it respectable to hold 4000kcal a daylight and not do any exercise? Ive get mixed responses...?

you are a twig so thats why your doctor is telling you to eat 4000 calories so you can gain mass and acsually be healthy . well i once saw a movie just about anorexic kids and they were at a clinic called rhodes grow and they feed them about equal as your doctor is telling you to eat but approaching seriously if you usually at 10 times less than that then you would be ingestion 400 calories a day which is totally low
