Is it posible for me to lose 1 stone surrounded by 3 weeks and how?

im a stone and a half over weight because i over ate during my GCSE exam studies, presently i wana lose a stone in time for my 16th on july the 7th. i jog long distance at leats 5 days a week but i drink the weight back on and very soon being off conservatory has lead to me pilling on the pounds. please support and give me some tips on how to lose this weight that hinder my happiness.

Reali need to do this because not a hundred percent get the new W350i from my gentle sister...

Answers:    Not in 3 weeks, but you can lose just about 10 lbs if you adhere strictly to a very low-carb diet. It take your body about a week to move into the weight-losing, and then you can lose between 3 and 5 lbs per week. That's ingestion less than 20 carbs per day. The weight will come fund on quickly, the weight loss will slow down after the first week or so and you'll draw from so hungry you'll pig out and end up bigger than when you started!
As a runner your metabolism will already be quite speedy (greater the muscle, faster the metabolism) so you COULD lose a stone but you're better bad adopting an eating plan you can stick to long permanent status than a quick fix as if you lose weight speedily through a fad diet you will almost definitely expire up bigger than you are now in the appendage.
I would say, choose low calorie foods, eat smallish portions at feast times and eat fruit between meals.

OK I'm guessing you know that the freight only stays off long possession if you eat right and exercise right, and you know that "fad" diets as a long term solution can be venomous, so I am gonna give you advice as a SHORT TERM "hasty fix" measure..

I went rotten carbs for 2 wks before a friends wedding...I didn't chomp through any carbs at all in that time and I lost 11lbs. It can be done.

BUT..it won't stay sour..and doing a no/low carb diet for more than a month has a serious detrimental effect on your kidneys.

So do it, if you feel you obligation to, for this one special occasion, but after that, eat right, exercise right, and you shouldn't own any future troubles.

If you are jogging that much a week, you shouldnt be putting any counterweight on, unless you are really pigging out. I lost a stone in 3 weeks with lots of exercise, sensible ingestion, lots of water. its dangerous and expensive but it works... the crack diet
