1. dont mound on the words 'fast','easy','simple' & 'quick'.to stay safe,you shoudnt lose beyond 3 pounds of fat per week
2. start brisk walking 40-60mins a time...get a dog or 2 if you find your walking routine boring..or if you are at a gym,experiment all forms of
cardio available and stick to adjectives that you like
3. drink only river,100% natural/fresh fruit/veggie juices,lowfat milk and lots of green tea
4. severely limit carbs n fleshy but eat lean proteins and veggies very all right..make sure you eat a moral breakfast!foods generally that aid fat loss-

You can probably lose about 16 lbs in two months thats if you do everything right and stay terrifically dedicated but most people cant or they would not be over counterbalance in the first place. Just give it time hang on to doing it the right way and in time you will conquer your goal. Try about 4-6 months to lose 22lbs. It's possible, but remember the faster you lose those pounds the faster you can gain them rear legs. I would suggest losing weight slower, like 5 pounds a month. It's better for your body.
logically its possible but you'll regret weighing 112 pounds at 5'8 is unhealthy and would do you spoil in the long term
