Is nutrisystem nontoxic for teens?

I am 16 and i wana lose at least 3 pounds a week for a few months. Is nutrisystem a safe choice? I already no the price and my dads fine near it. Do they give you enough food? It's good right?

Answers:    I know nutrisystem has some age appropriate plans but I don't come up with they are for teens.Besides it is healthier to lose 1-2 lbs a week just by first checking next to your doctor and then eating low calorie foods and getting the right gentle of exercise to speed up your metabolism to help you lose weight undamagingly.Save money and protect your health.Nutrisystem isn't that great if you have to attach your own fruits and vegetables to the meals they send.Plus I enjoy heard that they aren't very perfect tasting.
