Is this a obedient workout for a 13 year antediluvian boy?

This is kinda embaricing. I weigh 169, have muscle, but I need to bring inshape for 8th grade. Next year will be the best year so far, if I get surrounded by shape. Anyway, heres my workout.

Jogging for 20 minutes. (some breaks)

Lifting a 15 pound weight 15 times on each arm.

50 sit ups

15 push ups

100 jump jacks

This is just a starter. I'm going to increase it later, just if it's a good workout. I really need to receive into shape, even though I have good stamina already. I would appreciate honest and productive answers, and I don't care if you call me portly, because I'm working on it.

Answers:    Dude, that is fine..but when u work out do it every other day...scrutinize your calorie and sugar, carbs...etc.. watch all your intake dont enjoy too much...My sister used to be way out of shape and she played that tango dance revolution..you should give it a try she used to weigh 150 very soon she weighs 109... all she did be play that game and watch her intake..aight man, peace

Any Workout Suggestions within Addition to These?


this is appropriate. just make sure you guzzle healthy too. and drink a lot of dampen and stuff with out sugar. and do not eat abundantly of junk foods. good luck next to every thing. and hope that the 8th grade is a blast for you. try out for sports contained by school. ok so like im doing impossible to tell apart thing
and all im doing is a cleansing diet its where on earth you drink this drink and you work out im running for 30 min i want 8th grade to be awesome if i lose weight i.e.

of course! any exercise for a 13years ripened is good. since some never leave the couch! but u stipulation more situps. im a 13 yr old girl to and i can do like 120. 95lbs!
