Is this okay to do?
Hey there, so at dinner, I don't really have any appetite. So I enjoy a liquid dinner type thing, I'll put some approaching vegetables and fruit and ice into a blender, and blend it, and then I drink that for dinner, is that okay?
For example, tonight I put strawberries, some sea, blueberries, celery, broccoli, 3 ice cubes, some orange liquid, and some water, a bit of cinnamon, vanilla extract, nad 2 packets of splenda.
So is this okay to do once and aw hile?

Sure, once in a while... and be sure to snack if you feel hungry after that. Because, while it's unhealthy to starve, it's also unhealthy to chomp through when you're not hungry. Sounds yummy! I would limit this to every few days though. Remeber to eat protein, and three meal a day!
