Is this too much?!?!?

Ok is this waay too much food for today?
For breakfast I had one egg (usually I have 2 egg whites but we with the sole purpose had 1 egg left so I ate the total egg) then I had a cup of chicken noodle soup. For lunch I hold a tuna sandwich on whole grain bread and fruit salad and for dinner we are have hamburgers and corn on the cob. (my hamburger will not have any bread or cheese)
What do you think? Is this road too much food?

What are some things I can do to maximize my growth at age 16?

Answers:    Sounds great, but add another vegetable between lunch and dinner!

How do i lose six pounds within a week minus going on a diet.?

This doesn't sound close to enough food to me. By my count you had two servings of fruit or vegetables, when the opinion is 5. You could make some healthier choices. For instance, if the tuna salad is made near regular mayo, that can add up to a lot of grease. Depending on how lean the hamburgers are, that could also be a lot of unhealthy podgy. You should have fat surrounded by your diet, but it should be monounsaturated and limited. There are a lot of websites that will sustain you to determine how many calories you're eating and whether you're drinking a healthy diet. I like sparkpeople.com, but if you do a Google go through for calorie counting or tracking, you'll find a lot of sites that do the same entry. You need to eat roughly speaking 1200 calories a day, but it does matter what you guzzle. Did you know the hamburger is full of fat? Not too much but for the hamburger. If you eat more of the fruits and veggies, unprocessed as far as possible, with no animal products, you will see more and better results. Watch your portions. What you have put here is not discouraging although it could be made a little better. I would worry more something like the hamburger than the bread as it has much more fat and things that are not well-mannered for you.

I weigh 98.5 pounds ancestors judge that i am aneorix am i underweight?

No, not at all. It seems benevolent of healthy actually. Just don't put too much mayonnaise on your tuna sandwich or too much butter on your corn. No I have a sneaking suspicion that It's fine. It all depends on how old you are, counterweight, things like that. Are you on a diet?
