I've pulled lots of muscles within body, what can i do take home them not sting?
I've pulled muscles in my chest, triceps, calfs and a bit in the tummy. Im expected to play a football meeting in about 4 hours :/
What can i do manufacture my muscles easier to move and not hurt so much. I obviusly still can move, just want it to be easier.
Answers: Keep your body hydrated, that is greatly important. Try taking a hot bath or shower or put a hot pack on the areas which are sore. Judging by the amount of sore muscles you enjoy, it would be better for you to go with a hot tub or shower since you probably do not have endless amounts of hot pack. Oh, and don't let yourself become cold, because if you do your muscles will stiffen even more.

You can't really do much when you own a pulled muscle besides rest. I pulled many muscles from soccer and surfing, and the only article that I did was rest. Maybe put ice where on earth it hurts for about 20 minutes to numb it up, that might help.

I'd jump back and look at why your pulling muscles. I would add a heat up routine (short jog or long stretches), do your weight lifting, later do a cool down ( long stretches). You can also try warm bath afterward to minister to you relax. painkillers and time man, painkillers and time

Soak in a hot tub with Epsom salts. It really does work.
