Losing freight.?
i dont understand. why do you need a food plan laid out for you. this is what you HAVE to put away for lunch this day and something diff the next afternoon. i dont effing know what tofo is. im 14. im doing ab excersises. anything else? how should i go as far as food. without have to buy certain and special things. i drink lots of water plus ALOT of sugar free drinks (little to travel packs). what to do?
im 5' 2" and i weigh 170. i am really fat.
my goal is to be around 130 near abs :)
i feel like ailing never get there.

Answers: Sit ups sustain alot for starters. I tried to lose a little weight and for three days for breakfest and dinner, I wore a blindfold, and have to listen to my stomach, so my vision on how much was not here didn't affect me and I only ate a quarter of my plate. I had my parents weigh up out about how much I ate and put that much in my lunch for academy. I lost 14 pounds in 2 weeks (although I was aiming for 5 as a see to be skinnier than my friend). If you do that, you will lose weight and have great abs. Also counterbalance your self in the morning and stop doing the blindfold thing when you achieve your goal, but always remember, it's vital what your stomach tells you, not your eyes.
THere is no easy approach to lose weight. Try to eat robust and incorporate a lot of fruits and vegetables into your diet. I have started making smoothies lately and it is a great style to get your fruit intake. Drinking lots of water is dutiful. Also, you have to exercise at least 30 minutes a year 5 times a week. This would include cardio-walking, running, etc. Keep doing the ab exercises but the cardio is important to. Don't stress too much about it. Just try to live a improved lifestyle, there is no quick fix. No, you don't hold to have food plan, just know what you hold to eat or how to eat stout.

Because when you eat individual once a day, your metabolism gets slower than it already is! That's the key reason. Sounds funny, but to lose weight... you must drink (the right things, of course)

o Don't starve

o Avoid those vending machines by carrying around your own healthful foods and going away pocket change at home.

o Also Cardiovascular exercises such as running, jogging, or aerobics will help you lose that unwanted belly oil. Weight training can also help you lose body fat because the more muscle mass you enjoy, the more ability your system has to burn body margarine.
