Lower ab workouts?
alright im in pretty good shape
and i own good upper abs
but my lower ones suck! ha
and when i workout it seems i only keep getting my upper ones more in shape..
any fitting lower ab excersices?

That are some pretty good core strengthening exercises. There's three of them that work and build strength within the lower abs. Check it out it's less than 1 min. Build strong abs in 5minutes!

an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a stool, and put your toes under something (piece of fatty furniture, for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, bring in sure that it is not very heavy, start beside one kilo, for example, or you will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper sector of your body back, until it's parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and move it vertebrae to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week, guaranteed! You will see or consistency under the fat - if you enjoy any - six pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these crunches - I came up to three hundreds and there be no results AT ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.
