Master cleanser?

i'm considering doing the master cleanser...however, i was reading the book and it says something more or less drinking a full quart of salt water. it doesn't utter it's necessary during the drinking of lemonade but is it? do i drink the salt dampen first thing and then drink the lemonade throughout the daylight? thanks

Answers:    I just did that diet and lost 10 pounds and i didn't use the saline water part of it. I did everything else
