Metabolism??
im 14 5'11 and i weigh 217 lbs
i really want to lose weight b4 highschool starts in 2 months and i needed to know how to speed up metabolism
i heard that u eat approaching 5 times a day but wouldnt u gain weight?

Answers: to increase metabolism yes ur half right drink 5-6 meals a day BUT spawn them smaller portions so basically split ur break fast,lunch,dinner into 6 parts.because ur body works out a bit when its using its digestive system. this also go for cold water drink lots of it :). and of course keep hold of the food healthy and nutritious and exercise 30 mins a day if ur trying to lose weightiness. good luck and best wishes
you can't really control your metabolism like that. to lose cargo you've got to be realistic. It's not jammy. It requires hard work, but it also takes mortal educated about how you get fat in the first place. It took time, I'm sure. You didn't become 100 pounds overweight surrounded by two months. It took time and effort. You had to product sure that you were taking in closely more calories than you burned. You had to develop a sedentary lifestyle. You had to avoid satisfying up on healthy foods in command to stick primarily with high-calorie foods. You developed bad traditions. You developed addictions to certain types of food additives close to sugar and simple carbs, fat and other junk. You developed a lifestyle.
So, to lose the consignment you have to relearn some things. You have to put forth physical exertion to burn more calories than you consume. You have to avoid high-calorie foods and fill up on clean foods. You have to break your addiction to junk and food additives and sugar. You own to develop healthy habits. You hold to accept that there is no straightforward answer. You can't just take a pill and modification your metabolism. This won't work and will, in fact, create matters worse for you. It would be like an alcoholic switching to meth to serve him avoid feeling stress.
You've got to work out firm every day. Experience vigorous exercise, develop strong, lean muscles and upgrade cardiovascular health so that you can increase your metabolism that way. It's complex. It takes determination. It takes a total change in how you live and how you treat your body.

also try to keep count of your calories and make sure you chomp through enough so that when you are exercising you burn the same or more calories as what you put into your body.

forget speeding up your metabolism. go on google and find out your BMR it stand for Basic Metabolism Rate its how much calories your body burns a day jsut to survive. mine is 2000. so if i burn 2000 calories a light of day i have to eat 2000 to remain impossible to tell apart weight. if yours is about 1500 dont get through mroe than that and excersise to burn some mroe calories. Well I lost 20 pounds in 10 days by only ingestion when I'm hungry but I stopped doing that because they say you should eat 5 small meal a day. I did that and for 3 weeks have not be able to lose ANY weight at adjectives. I say, only drink when your hungry, and eat until your full. The 5 meals a morning doesn't apply go to everyone.
do weights and eat protein ie egg whites, meat and nuts. these things make your metabolism faster so that when you do cardio (running, swimming etc) you will burn more calories. when you get really hungry it triggers something within the body that says I need to store portly to prepare for that if it happens again. Smaller more frequent healthy meal or snacks prevent this. LOL. I'm in the same position. I want to lose at lowest possible 40 lbs before returning. But, the five times a day point has a procedure. Eat small meals five times, but excercise afterwards. pace more i lost 7 pounds month doing that and eating better
