My unbelievably first diet. Does anyone hold any suggestion?
ok. im 30. 5'4" and i currently weigh about 135. i want to weigh 110. i have put myself on a 1000 calorie a light of day diet. i dont watch the carbs, but i do try to watch my sodium intake. which by the route. whats a good mg of sodium i should take a year.
now heres the questionable part. i LOVE my beer. i own switched to light. (105 calories) and i drink probably between 3-5 an evening. now i own factored these calories into my 1000 a day diet. i usually have 1/2 a cup of no obese yogart in the morning and tuna with crackers for lunch and boiled chicken on a sandwich for dinner. and i will snack on carrot or a salad in between if i get hungry. OH. and i work out for 30 min every light of day.
so i guess im asking. first if this sounds like a good diet. and is the beer piece ok, as long as i work it into my 1000 cal a day diet.

First of adjectives, you're spending HALF of your caloric allowance on a drink that offers no nutritional value to your diet. I love margaritas too, but I can't hold more than one if I want to keep my weight past its sell-by date. You've got to make some sacrifice and that ought to be an easy one for you to make! I would suggest first of adjectives that you add calories to your day. 1000 isn't satisfactory. If you cut back too much, your metabolism will become lazy and you won't lose as like greased lightning. I know it sounds strange that you have to eat more to lose counterbalance but that's the way it works--I promise. Obviously, the key is WHAT you put away. Your breakfast is not sufficient! You need to add some protein (a hard-boiled egg maybe), a whole-grain (a elevated fiber slice of toast), and a piece of fruit (maybe some berries or a banana cut up on your yogurt.) Tuna on crackers isn't bad for lunch as long as you're not using high excess weight mayo and as long as the crackers are whole-grain. Add a piece of fruit and a small salad. Your dinner is fine if the bread is whole-grain BUT you'd be better off with something approaching the chicken, a veggie, and some brown rice. Your snacks are fine. Add plenty of water and limit your diet soda to one a afternoon. I would increase the activity to 45 min. Now, about the beer...I would issue it to 2 MAX and even then only infrequently--say on Friday night. Good luck!
You're getting 300-500 calories a night from beer, and not a lot of nutrients the rest of the time. Not a extremely healthy plan.
30 minutes exercise will only burn around 150-200 calories.
Reduce portion sizes, and change out water for a few of the beers. Then up the exercise to an hour a light of day. 24 lbs should take about 7-8 weeks. But if you exercise economically, expect less weight loss, as you may gain a few pounds of muscle. And 110 is pretty runny at 5'4"
just don't get discouraged,stay dedicated-and strong,don't appointment it a diet,call it ,new healthy-lifestyle and stay beside it for life!!!keep up good-work and honourable luck!! you are the ideal HEALTHY weight for your altitude.you could benefit by giving up the beer tho'.those are totally empty calories.
Go with of late water. Even light beer can be fattening. bump your calorie intake to almost 1,200. sounds like a good plan though

Exercise is VERY important to weight loss. Sounds close to you are on the right track as far as exercise and the diet needs improvement. Knock stale the beer except as a once a month treat and then only two or three at your favorite shaft or resturaunt.
