My plan for summer, will it work!?

So i started going to the gym and eating healther since January. I weighed just about 155 in January and now i weigh 140.
I'm 16 surrounded by a few days, and i'm 5'5.

My Mom canceled our gym mempership for a few months because shes getting surgery and can't do anything like that for a few months. I was really cracked..
When I was in institution I walked home, up a big hill what took me 30 minutes.

I be planning to run up the steep hill and have my Mom skulk up the hill for me. The hills take me about 18 minutes to walk up, and i'll be jog. The days I don't run/jog up i'll just walk up.
So, in the future jog. then in the future walk. I also swim off my Dads boat within the summer and walk my Dogs.
I really want to be toned before conservatory starts in September! I'm sorta changing my look..

Will this work? I hurry at night beacause I don't like those watching me. It's a pretty steep hill even to walk up.

Thanks alot!

Good strenght building workout program?

Answers:    power walking up hillock is the best fat burner out there. so save up with that. if you are die hard serious something like it maybe like...power put your foot up. walk back down consequently jog up slowly walk down. power amble up...walk down then try to run up as swift as you can!!

Swimming is also very good! but i find swimming boring raison d`¨ētre i cant listen to music while i do it.

Good for you for losing weight and wanting to continue!! it will be worth it when the boys are flocking.

and i would try to swindel your mom into buying merely you a gym pass lol...gym is good!!

also I don`t know do sit ups

During the summer i with the sole purpose munch through one dinnertime a hours of daylight?

It takes 20 min. of cardio before your body starts to burn your stored podginess, so you ought to do the hill twice (build up to it, don't push yourself too far past your limit) or walk briskly up to the hill and then lead up it. You should also drink a whole lot of water (I don't know if you're doing that very soon or not).

Just keep the positive attitude, don't lose hope, and don't over do anything. All in moderation. Good luck!
