My thighs and stomach totally hurt.?

I decided since its summer I need to work out like mad more than i used to. well its been approaching 5 days and now whenever i dare attempt plie squats and lunges or a wall sit my legs sting with niggle. whenever i do crunches my belly hurt. I dunno if i sprained a muscle or something but it seriously hurts. But i keep going anyway did i just injure myself? Cause very soon it hurts to sit, bend down, or go down the stairs.

Answers:    yep this sounds like you pulled some muscles. You own two choices:
rest a few days for your muscles to heal
or keep exercising to toughen your muscles. you probably own been exercising more than usual and your muscles are trying to adjust. It happens to almost everyone. Hope you surface better!

If you did pull a muscle in your thigh or stomach consequently I suggest that you stop exercising for a few days. Contrary to popualr beleif exercise will not make muscle pain turn away only rest will. If the pain persist after 2 days of rest take an aspirin or iboeprofin, or see your doctor if the pain still persist after a week of rest and taking aspirin or pain medication. Ok this happened to me alot. It could be from the switch of weather, cold to hot, or hot to cold, or you've over worked them. It's markedly common and happens adjectives the time. Lets say you run a mile in gym, and the subsequent day your soar. Your stomach can be over worked by raking leavs, or doing sit-ups and other things such as that. The with the sole purpose thing to do to get rid of the stomach-ache, is dont do alot of stuff like that, eventually it will go away + bring vitamins. And last, it could just be growing pains.

the soreness is a common part of working out. when you work out you are isolating muscles and using them completly. you really should put a daylight of rest in your work outs, because it is during the rest periods that your musles tone and build. Cheers
