MY TUMMY IS BIG and ROUND.:D?

And I've been battling for years,trying to weaken its size.
I have now approved to go on a final diet,which involves low fat foods and exercise.The problem is I don't know what sort of exercise to do.Any accepted wisdom?

Help me...?!?!?!?!?!?



Answers:    Your best would be to get a good assortment in. I would try to do cardiovascular excercise (biking, walking, jogging, rollerblading, etc.), strength training (free weights or Natilus machines), and stretching. All three work together to produce the body strong and lean: cardiovascular excercises burn fat and keep the heart robust; strength training works the muscles so that you don't look like a limp string-bean once you lose adjectives that fat from your cardio; stretching makes you more rationalized in your weight-lifting and cardio.

You will want to start off small, limiting the amount of time you spend excercising as you don't want to downfall up injuring yourself and prolonging the entire process. But you'll be surprised to see how fast you see little improvements and how strong the human body really is. Good luck!

swimming is fun and a good process to loose weight but you may feel self concious on how you look within your swim suit so if you do here are some other suggestions: buy a exercise machine my mum had an nouns walker i had amazing fun playing on that and i lost loads of solidity so my mum stopped me using it cos im only 12! also i think bouncing on the trampoline help my mum was on a diet not so long back and my trampoline help her KAYLAS AB WORKOUT YAY

Try pilates if you can and get a work out DVD or two they worked for me. Try squats and start off next to crunches(they're not fun but they help) Also, while you excercise breath and drink alot of water. Oh, to help me lose mass I do twists (stand still with ur legs apart, put ur arms up like a 90 amount angle and just twist ur torso. U might acquire some little cramps in the beginning.) Sit ups are an excellent way to trim those tummy muscles and also try rolling on a large inflatable globe too. i love running always feels great but if you are going from no excercise to excercising day after day take it slow pace yourself dont want to hurt yourself while trying to obtain healthy! good luck!
