ok i want to lose my belly fat. i know theres no exercise that will target just that nouns..but what can i do to lose the fat...
i heard that sit ups and crunches with the sole purpose help your muscles and make your stomach stick out more if you're a lil over cargo.. so what can i do to lose that fat in my stomach..

This helps firm up the lower abdomen. If you're truly a monster, try doing leg lift with a medicine bubble hanging from your feet. Or swing from a pull up bar and tilt your legs in front of you all the means of access up to the bar.
