I am 13. I am 5"2, and I weigh about 116 pounds.
I am a gymnast, and I workout 5 hours a day, 5 days a week. I do enjoy a lot of muscle..
I seriously can't lose any weight..similar to I try not eating for a couple days, and i have also tried to be bulimic.. I merely can't lose weight.. do you have any suggestions? I disgust looking at myself in the mirror i can't take it anymore. Do you own any good diet plans? please answer! Thanks!

Not eating for a period of time and later suddenly eating again is the WORST thing you can do. Your body will enter starvation mode and store everything as overweight, especially when you have your next spread, since it doesnt know the next time it will see food again (built in survival point in all of us). To prolong athletic performance and lose weight drink multiple small meals throughout the day. Eat able-bodied stuff such as whole grains and pure foods that are varied in complex carbs, vitamins, minerals, protein, and flabby You do not need to loose weight at adjectives! Do not look at the scale look at your tone. you are a small person and you deff. do not requirement to get smaller. You may not like to look at yourself because you may not hold abs or something but you def do not need to loose weight. Also, when you starve yourself, your body go through withdraws because it is not getting the nutriants that it needs so when you do devour it stores everything! even the bad stuff! so you need to guzzle at least twice per day perchance even more. That may sound like a l lot to you but if you guzzle healthy and only ample to fill you up, not stuff yourself, you should be fine! Just work out and you will get that tone body you want!

Wow! Im 14 5"2 and 116! So ive be trying to lose weight too! You might not notice but you might lose some immensity its not just gonna shed of in a week! So dont starve yourself that make you fatter because your body thinks your starving it and it go into starvation mode and turns to fat! Eat - but eat strong I ve been eating fruit and veggies and lowfat bread beside low fat dip- and drink alot of water 20 min. until that time eating and you cant have unwanted items food - no soda no sugar! Exercise Squats, crunches, biking, swimming, leg lifts. you could lose like 2 - 3 lbs a week ! try this be like the same immensity and same height so it will probably work for you too 5'2" and 116 pounds sounds great. You don't need to lose any solidity. Especially considering that you're so young and active. You still enjoy a lot of growing to do. Working out for that many hours per daytime is far too much and not eating is very insecure. You should just focus more on having a upright time and being great at your gymnastics. I think that you may involve a little couselling. There's nothing wrong beside how you look from what I've read.

How should i gain mass?


You aren't losing weight because your body is going through withdrawral. You are possibly underweight. Don't try to lose weight that shouldn't be lost. Your body is disagreeing beside you. Don't try to lose the weight. but still eat wholesome. dont be silly...you are not fat at all...I don`t know you can tone your body by doing yoga daily and portion control your food ntake smartly...you must keep your body nourish to avoid gaining fat,so its really stupid to starve or skip meal..

YOU DO NOT NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT. YOU HAVE AN EATING DISORDER AND YOU NEED TO GET HELP WITHOUT DELAY. YOU ARE GOING TO MAKE YOURSELF VERY ILL IF YOU CONTINUE THIS WAY. you don't need to lose weight. do not starve yourself and do not product yourself throw up.
