Please look! What is the best exercise and diet plan for me?

I am 16 years old, 5'3 and I am 117 pounds. I know I am not overweight but I want to get down to around 113 pounds. Can someone give me a detailed exercise plan and maybe some natural eating tips please?? I need to see results surrounded by about 3 weeks at the latest!! I don't hold much equipment...no treadmills or any of that stuff. Thanks everyone!!!
