Possible to Get Ripped Over Summer?

I'm 13 years old, 5'6" and 130 pounds. My goal is to enjoy a six pack, good arm definition, lose body fat and simply get strong in nonspecific. I want to be lean but defined. Currently I go to the gym 2 days a week (3 on occasion) where I do 5-10 minutes of warm-up on the treadmill, next wall sits, lat pull downs, dips and chin-up machine (60 pounds of assistance) bicycles, situps, and multiple resistance exercises beside a trainer. The resistance exercises are pushing against his hands in different ways for three reps respectively. The workout lasts about 45 minutes.

As far as diet, I try to not chomp through much sugar, I go for healthier buffet choices, and drink only water for the most element. Its not extremely healthy because I go out to dinner greatly.

I would like suggestions on what to eat when at a restaurant, how long it should rob to fulfill my fitness goals, and any other suggestions.

Thanks.

Answers:    try casual out of the gym exercises such as running " outside " it is harder if you hold hills , than it would be on a treadmill
try swimming fast and lots of lap.
for good arms go ot walmart and go and get "the perfect pushup " they will help you so much near the arms.
make sure you read the instructions they can be bad if you use them wrong.

Legs???

smart, getting ahead of the game while your still young at heart : )

listen to this advice because the other people here probably don't even work out:

rule 1: exercise till you drop
rule 2: read and find out how much calories what you devour takes
rule 3: maintain a diet of 1500 calories or so and bring in sure you eat breakfast (ps: don't go below 700 calories), when you draw from hungry just think of something else
rule 4: research core muscle anatomy
rule 5: do the basics: push ups / pull ups / sit ups
rule 6: don't present up
rule 7: run slow but long

If u can do this, or any other type of diet / exercise that people suggest here, you will improve, likelihood are you wont get a six pack though, if you can keep it up it will eventually come

cheers : /
