Okay, so I do alot of crunches and ab exercises.
Does this burn any fat on top of it? at adjectives?
i run and walk daily, so that could sustain it... but is there any cardio exercises that can be done at home to burn calories?
Answers: No it builds the muscle, does not burn the fat. Cardio burns overweight, and any cardio will burn calories. Get your diet squared away with the right foods at the right times if you havent already. Do cardio but eat right!

I be in a similar situation not too long ago. I needed to lose some weight for the summer.
