Quick press roughly speaking crunches/situps...?

Ok. As a result of doing extremely painful amounts of ab excercises on the floor, I now posses huge black/red bruises on adjectives parts of my back that recieve pressure (tailbone, small of back, etc.). Is a simple floor wipe the answer, or am I doing something wrong? Thanks.

Is anyone on Weight Watchers?

Answers:    Apparently while doing those exercises you were on the hard floor and letting your rear bone smash into the ground. I would suggest simply doing this on a carpet or floor pad, mat being the most simple, and to remember that situps/crunches only require you to dance up a few inches, your abs will get the workout without going adjectives the way up, even professionals only step up a few inches.

Am i skinny?

wow...yes u need a floor pad! and when your do your exersizes u have need of to not do them so hard! do them slowly! slowly even works alot better than fast and complex! so dont do them hard and fast, lately do them really slow and just in the middle, also lay on your back and just lifting your legs stright up and only just a little bit up and just wigglinging and bobbing, will obtain your lower abs. eat healty-fruits and veggies(4-7servings) dairy and meat(4-7 ser.) grains(3-11) , drink water single 8-60cups a day, exersize to sweat, feel discomfort, feel tha burn, get tired, and gain outa breath 1-14 hrs ov intense exersize a day, shower 2-14 times a day, sleep 9-14 hrs a darkness, A simple floor pad's the answer.

Whenever I do them in gym class I still end up sore, so whenever I do them at home I roll up my blanket and lay on that. Just go to show that I'm kind of a wimp =)
