Ruined Metabolism?

After years of crash diets and a recent 6 month stint of eating 500 or less calories on an average year and then going on binges, Ive decided ample is enough!! Im trying to lead a condition, active lifestyle where food is my friend...or at tiniest not my enemy. That being said, I still would approaching to lose these last 10 pounds. Ive been watching what I chomp through, carefull not to go over 1000-1200 calories a day, doing the 5-6 small meal a day thing and other fitting some time in for walking. Well since Ive adopted this spanking new style of eating, Ive done nothing but gain solidity! Not alot but I seem to be on a steady increase, which just doesnt build sence. Did i ruin my metabolism with all my verbal abuse?? Is there anyway to regulate it?? Or is it just a waiting hobby??

Answers:    you didn't do your body any favors by doing that. its a work in progress. keep up what your doing at lowest taking in 1200 cal a day but perchance try increasing your physical activity a bit to help it along. you will requirement to give it some time, but in the long run you will be living a in good health lifestyle and it will pay off

It will filch time but it can be fixed. First of all don't go bad a calorie count. Simply stick to foods with low fat and LOTS of green veggies. how ever when ever you don't discern full try a plate of pasta, pasta is full of complex carbs which helps you body function with out attainment lost of useless fat. And another thing you should look at is your self esteem don't other look at the bad but also focus on the good you will do. =) The simple answer is yes.

Do not do any more dieting.

BUT do not own anymore salt, biscuits or sugary or fatty foods, eat plain foods and exercise.

Take thrill in each morning, find contentment in yourself and look for wonderful days of just living and wallow in.
