Should I attempt to be a Body Builder?
This is kind of a stupid question,
I not long lost 50 pounds through diet and exercise, so now I'm 5' 9" and 165 pounds. I currently have a full-bodied diet and run and lift weights every day.
I be just wondering if weight training is a polite hobby to have, and if I worked out every day, maintain a good diet, and used some supplements (like Whey, Creatine, and some BCAA's) could I maybe work my route up to 200 pounds and cut? Someday?
Answers: it's not a stupid question.
If you have the motivation and delight in weight training then travel for it. It is as healthy a hobby as you are goingto get as long as you do it right.
My husband started substance training when he was younger, lost a lot of immensity and got very fit.
He get out of the habit for a while but when we bought our house , he began building a home gym little by little and he is within great shape- I recently started training with him and presently we are seriously considering opening a gym eventually.
You never know, what starts out as a hobby can become a great business opportunity or you might later opt to compete. Either way, as long as you enoy it, go for it.
I would suggest research as much as you can because as with anything you set out to do, if you are not doing it right you can cause problems for yourself.
Muscle and Fitness is a great magazine to relief you get started.
Congrats on your weight loss-Anything is possible right? It have to be something that you "really" want to do it takes a lot of dedication.I really considered necessary to have a fitness model body when I was 23 the problem was-I be over-training and it was taking a toll on my body-I was addicted to exercise working out for hours a day-
It's still a struggle even very soon to try and just do 1 hour in the gym I maintain thinking if I work out more I'll be this or that-but I enjoy working out to stay fit and healthy-if you have the dedication and commitment to it walk for it! But some of the supplements have side effects that take a toll on your body-just do deeply of research on whatever you plan on taking.
That is a hot idea. Body building is my favorite I spend a minimum of 1 hr. 6 times, (but it is usually 2 hrs. 6X a week) a week contained by the gym running and lifting,
