Should you drink formerly or after you run?
i heard that if your trying to burn fat its better not to devour before you run because your body will use fat as an enery source but after i also heard that if you dont eat in the past you run it can be bad for your metabolism... so what should i do? i am trying to burn fat by the instrument...?
