Skipped 1 week of exercising?

HELP ok I work out 3 hours everyday, at least 5 days a week. I've never skipped my workout (strength moves, dancing, treadmill running) for more than 2 days within a row. But I just went to horse military camp for a week and now I'm superscared I won't be as strong as I was since.

I'm still thin and I don't want to become any thinner, but I suspect that I've lost muscle! How long will it take me to take back up to my previous level of fitness? Also they have really suckish food there, hamburgers and hardly any fruit. I have mostly waffles and pasta. Any help would be appreciated!!

I'm 14, weigh 114 pounds, am 5'6".

Am i the right wieght?

Answers:    when I go to horse camp I got super contained by shape.it's super good for your abs, and feeding the horses really worked my arm muscles. if this wasn't the baggage at your camp, I would suggest doing daily lift with small weights (like 5 pounds) and doing crunches. once you get some muscle vertebrae, start running and doing more aerobic and cardio.

Please sustain me...will i put on 1st contained by 2 weeks?

you wouldn't have lost muscle in a 7 morning time period unless in the meanwhile you be only eating chocolate.

I don't know why you are worried.

to see just about if you are underweight, etc.

Good luck, and good job on keeping fit!!

Question reguarding "Total Body Makeover" program?

You are at a moral weight, but barely respectable, at a BMI of 18.5. so it really won't kill you to miss a while... and just catch right back on track and it does take longer to lose strength, so do not verbs! it is not going to kill you and you should just hold going and then you will feel better if you start up again.

you should be fine. if you go to horse camp you obviously would be riding which within itself works muscles. dont worry about it.
