Soda and weightiness loss ! Help me please :( Desperate !?? 10 points best answer?

I drink about one or two pops a day sometimes even more , Sometimes smaller amount , Im 5'5 160 pounds . I really dont seem that obese but im not skinny most deffanitly . And Im also very full up out at top as well . If I quit drinking soda how much do you think I could loose surrounded by a month . And also how much do you think I could loose if I went on a diet near no pop and not alot of calories how much do you think I could loose in a month ? I want to win down to 140 again how long would it take I would like to do it within about 3 monthes . I dont exercise but im always doing something

Man... you northerners calling it pop... All soft drinks are coke in my view.

But anyways, you wont lose weight just by adjectives coke (pop) out of your diet. You need to exercise and eat right. With diet and exercise, you could probably without risk lose 20lbs in 3 months.

Try drinking lots of water, the most essential part of the 1st week is getting your excess water solidity off, also I have have great success with Weight Watchers, they allow you to still hold your favorite foods but teaches you how to eat healthly. if you cut the soda and work out regualarly,approaching 30-40 minutes every other day ,stay active the other days ,way of walking or something,increase your water alot,drink upwards of one gallon a day..you should loose 10 plus pounds a month,i suggest every ones bodies are different, but when i stopped drinking pop,and sugary drink increased my water,stayed active,and didnt really diet but only ate a little less respectively meal, (no fast food) i lost 40 lbs within 3 months,and as i am staying avtive,walking running exersizing,every other day,i am still loosing weight, not as much roughly speaking 5-10 lbs a month,but i am shaping up,limming down and building muscle.Ithe most important hting is to do it healthy..and the knob to every diet is eat what you WANT, just view your portions...good luck hun!
