Some one please abet me lose weightiness, im so heavy!!?

im 5'2'' and i weigh about 93 pounds, i know im not obese but i think im podginess, my parents always say that im not solid but i think i am.
i really really want to be like the other girls at my college cause they are so skinny and pretty
i cry almost everyday, wishing i can be skinny and pretty.
please lend a hand me.
