Some question..?

Okay, I have a couple of questions. (Sorry)

First, how do you know when you're full? I never know unless I'm so full I enjoy a stomach ache.. :/ I eat because I'm bored or only cause I like drinking. I do eat healthy stuff similar to fruit and vegetables but I eat too much of it.. I eat waaay more than 5 fruits a hours of daylight which you're supposed to eat. What can I do to keep my mind rotten eating?

Second, do I have a ordinary weight? I am a 15 year old girl and I'm 170 cm soaring (5'7 ft) and I weigh 55 kg (121 pounds).

Third, what should I do to not look fat? I exercise and I have muscles but you can't see my arm muscles that much unless I flex and when I flex everyone's other like "wow, you have big muscles". But when my arms only hang there they look really big/fat.

Fourth, I enjoy really fat inner thighs. When I wear shorts there's no problem and everyone's always complementing my legs but when I wear a bikini, the upper segment of my thighs look really really fat and ugly. What can I do something like it?

The WuYi Tea?

Answers:    1. Think about it this way: When you are no longer reaction discomfort (because of hunger), you're full. Or, you should stop eating when you're full enough to be thrilled, but still empty enough to dance for a jog. After I recovered from anorexia I had problems roughly not eating until I was not a hundred percent, so these rules helped. :)
2. You're at a normal substance! You can weigh anywhere from 105 to 155 and still be "normal." As for healthy, it really depends on frame size and body composition.
3. It's probably merely your imagination. Most girls are overcritical of their appearance. I'm almost the exact same height and weight as you, and I enjoy my moments when I'm like, "wow, my arms are HUGE!" but then I'll enjoy my friends tell me, "Wow, do you work out? Your arms look great!" You really shouldn't worry. If you're concerned roughly speaking your arm muscles, do tricep dips - they build awesome upper arms. :)
4. Same answer as above, except I would recommend squats and lunges. :)
5. Most people gain around a pound or two a week if they suddenly stop being active/eating right. I put on 20 within three months when swim team season ended. You probably hold nothing to worry nearly... you're already thin.
6. NO! Don't worry, sweetie! You're a moment ago fine. You might ask your doctor if you could have body dismorphic disorder - where you other hate how you look and suffer a lot of anxiety because of it. You might be prescribed psychiatric help. Then again, like I said earlier, most relations are too critical of themselves. Just learn to like your body how it is, and treat it next to respect, and you'll be much happier than if you went on a diet.

Good luck! :)

How can i return with muscle?

your not overweight. maybe of late tone up? run a mile or 2 a day and you will deffinetly start toning up and just verbs eating well. You're in actual fact very close to being underweight...

Do teen guys resembling this? (pic included)?

oh wow, your not overweight at ALL. Okay. Well, to your first request for information, when you stop enjoying the food as much as when you started you are satisfied. when you can't steal another bite it is stuffed... obviously when there is an abandoned, growling feeling you are hungry. Your BMI is 18.9, which is barely tough... you could even stand to gain afew pounds... that is on the low side of being fine... nowhere close to even being anywhere near overweight! And I have a sneaking suspicion that it is all in your boss... you have low self esteem. you need to stand up straight and once you bring back started working out again, you will not be able to stop, you will remember how good it feel. And no part of your body is ugly. YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL!!!
