Starving myself?
I know whe you starve yourself, your body can be severely damaged, but i have be doing this for about 3 days now and i own lost a little weight. If i save starving myself, how much more weight can i lose?
Answers: You don't want to do that. The trouble is you will lose not only fat but muscle, your metabolism will slow down, your body will try to hold onto as much grease as it can, you'll get headaches, own no energy, the list go on and on. A much better way to lose weight is to drink seriously of water everyday, and ONLY water. Eat 6 small meal a day, consisting of about 200 calories respectively. The meals should be healthful food such as salads, eggs, fish, chicken, vegetables, only one piece of fruit a light of day such as an apple, whole wheat bread, oatmeal, etc. And if you do some exercise such as cardio everyday you will see faster fat loss. Believe me, adjectives yourself is not the way to go, and it's unnecessary.
If you want to loose counterweight I have advise that can serve. Starving yourself actually slows your matabolism and when you decide to chomp through again you'd gain that weight right back because your body stores excess weight to cope with further starvation. I suggest speeding up your matabolism. You can do this by simply visiting a psycologist or neurologist, speak about them you have trouble focusing and get diagnosed near adult ADD. Thus, the doctor may prescribe a psyco-active stimulant like Vyvance, Adderall, or Ritalin and on low doses will speed up your matabolism and heavly fade your appetite. Eat a large breakfast and dinner, skip lunch and you'll loose weight. If you help yourself to higher doses you'll loose even more weight and become an extremly productive creature, this worked for me I lost a lot load of counterbalance and got a raise at work. You can also try smoking marijuanna which speeds up your matabolism and burns calories. It sounds pretty shady but it works. If you already own high blood pressure though I wouldn't recommend these solutions it can cause condition problems. Try them though they work plus you feel good too. If you starve yourself, you'll finish off up losing a couple more pounds... until you dehydrate and are mal-nutritioned. Then you'll get sick... and in your quest to look better, you'll come to an end up anything but.
Don't starve yourself, find a healthy diet and exercise plan that agrees with your body and mind. :-)
You may lose a couple of pounds but who will give an account us how much you lost... You need to control your junk food and exercise, As far I m concerned you are fine, you may seem to be sluggish due to less exercise. otherwise I think you own a ideal figure. newly cut down sweet and chocolates and try more fruits and you'll have goddess figure. NO STARVING at adjectives. you may lose weight in the start but once you eat again, even if its just a lil, you'll start getting hold of again. you body goes into starvation mode and then once you drink something it turns into fat. so dont do it. this is a mental and eating disorder.
you shouldn't starve yourself! when you do start consumption your gonna gain it all back. and plus you don't want your body going within to starvation mode or else your body will start storing everything you eat as fleshy.
