The faster the better!?
I have no idea almost how to go about doing this but I want to lose 20kilos. I am 5'9" (im sure thats around 175cms tall) and I cargo 82kilos. I do not do a lot of exercise, I play basketball twice a week when the season is on but that’s about it. What is the best exercise for mass loss? Toning? And just looking and feeling great. I am worried in the order of starting an exercise program that isn’t going to get the results I want to achieve. Does anyone hold any advice on an exercise program that will work for me?
Answers: Any cardio is great for weight loss, running, swimming, enthusiastic exercise. If you can't stick to a program that includes that type of activity try taking long walks or achieve a bouncer and jog on it. good rule of thumb, the faster you move the more calories you're using. Instead of other driving or riding start bicycling or walking to work or school.
most all exercise is honest,,if you take tae-kwon-do or aerobics and lift somewhat weights on the side,,thats all you need,, usually mass loss has more to do with diet...if your not accurate at picking foods to eat,, just procure you a soup bowl, and whatever you can fit in that bowl, thats your lunchtime, no refills,,,three times a day,,,beside only orange juice/v8 and one slice of wheat bread w/honey on it for your morning and mid morning snack.,,,,easy easy diet. And acquire to bed on time!! gosh, its 10.30 pm,, i need to appropriate my own advice...g'nite.
if you can pick out a sport to train for,, that works real in good health,,,having a "reason" to train.
running is the best thing for consignment loss start off easy if your unfamiliar to running run half a mile walk partially mile for one week then next week run a mile saunter a mile and mile and half then see what you eat no fast foods smaller portions or lately cut your calories back say u chomp through 3000 calories a day eat 1500 a time hope this helps ok u have to speed up ur metabolism dance to the gym at LEAST 3 times a week. do cardio and weight liftin (it wont make u similar to a weight lifter it tones and speeds metabolism) get through mostly veggies and protein like chicken and fish. good luck!!
Maybe a curves? They enjoy lots of excersizes and you change every 5 mins. I like it!
