I am a 23yr old female, roughly speaking 5"10 and weigh about 8 1/2 stone. I am skinny from genes as my mum, sis and grandad are also slim, but I have other felt unhappy near being underweight and I am not atall confident with my body representation. I have a pretty small appetite so find the thought of eating alot more really unyielding,I don't know if I could do it without feeling unwell, but if their was a guaranteed way of getting hold of weight by eating dependable foods,in certain amounts at guaranteed times of the day (for example) I would really give it a virtuous shot, as I would LOVE to just be abit bigger, any diet suggestions, or things other people own tried that work please please let me know!

Oh please, as if anyone really wants to be fatter! Sheesh... but if you're serious you can continue sitting at hand at your computer with as much food as you can fit around you and start chowin down. Keep answering questions on yahoo adjectives day and you'll soon get heavy. Whatever you do, don't exercise! Or if you do, lift weights a lot and drink protein shakes. I lost a great deal of weight due to stress and needed to gain about 28lbs. I ate creamy pasts dishes at lowest possible once a day and gained the solidity over a number of weeks.

u can drink milkshakes that sustain u gain weight Try birth control pills,it worked for me.Try to eat lot of meat.Im also skinny but approaching 2 years ago i ate chinese a lot(almost every day) and i really looked much better.Dont any junk food it will only create you unheathy and all the fat will progress to your stomach.All you need is protein and thats something that you can hardly find surrounded by the chocolate.So eat lot of bananas,cheese,youghurts-here you dont have to dance for low fat ones,meat,brown bread etc.When you will eat on form you will look healthy so even though you may look too slim,people who enjoy eyes will see that you are naturally slim no anorexic.Also...try to exercise,try to get some muscles.You can raise weights and for your legs try some lunges.Or if you can afford it,hire a personal trainer,let him show you which exercises you should do to look more muscular.He can also give you some advices more or less the food.It really worth for it because there is nothing more momentous than to feel good almost your body.One thing more:eat nuts!almonds are great.Good luck!
