Too much exercise?

so i have been doing a one hour spin class every time this week. I absolutely love it! I was wondering if taking two spin classes put a bet on to back would be too much? I have be taking the 4:30-5:30 class but there is also one that starts at 6. I was thinking in the order of doing those back to back on Mondays and Wednesdays. What do ya'll deduce? I think with the amount of mass I want to lose that it shouldn't be a problem. I need to drop 80 pounds.

Answers:    If you are tolerating the present course well, you should know how to add the additional sessions.

Compare it to someone who have started running, (or any conditioning exercise). They will start at a relatively short time and distance. As they get stronger, they increase the time and distance.

Challenge your body, but do not abuse it.

That's fine, as long as you enjoy some light snack in between and keep hold of well hydrated, maybe consider a partially of a sports drink inbetween, and keep drinking water during the classes for you that's not a problem.
