Took an intense exercise class yesterday and I woke up today beside extremely sore legs and still nauseated..

should I go again today? will that actually assist my sore muscles? I would take a different class but it's as intense as yesterday or would it be better to rest one day.

Is something wrong beside my enormity, or me?

i think its cuz u dont wrk out dat much and whn u wrk out A LOT in 1 morning it strains ur muscles o.o
but if ya keep on wrking out it proly help ur muscles =D

it took days 2 get away -__-
