Answers:    I am assuming you are a beginner to the weight lifting scene. Most those are going to tell you to do pushups and bench presses. Please, begin beside dumb bell bench presses. If you have access to dumb bells use those first because they will prevent one pectoral muscle growing at a faster rate than the other (i had this problem when i first started) because of constant barbell use.

For a trainee i would do on mondays: 5 sets of 5 DB Bench followed by 3 sets of 15 pushups.

then on Friday do 3 sets of 10 DB bench followed up by 4 sets of 10 pushups.

That would be "What" exercises and you can do a go through online for chest exercises. There are a number of things you can do, many will require weights. Pushups are also fitting for the chest, arms, abs, and upper back. bench press
