Im 172 cm and weigh 72 kgs my stomachs fat & so are my legs, thighs ,face ,neck-What nouns!. MY BODY IS FAT!
+ im 13 turning 14 n august!
what my right weight for my age && height & what are some fitness work outs i can do other that going to the gym??! HELP!!! i wana be skinnyer :D:D:D

110-130 might do you. Make sure you sweat out the amount you eat. If you think you ate abundantly then work out a lot. Run and do a great deal of repetitive movement with your whole body. Even your collar ( move it from side to side a lot, not enough to receive a cramp just enough to receive you sweat). LIttle or big excersises one your comfortable with. the main article is keep it to yourself,and start slow and im mean really slow,biddable luck.

So basically, you are overweight (but you seem to be to already know that).

Four: Do basic exercises such as jog, pushups, and sit-ups. I see you asked for work outs that you can do that don't involve you going to the gym...do you mean work outs that are possible to do at the gym and you just don't want to dance there? Or are you talking going on for some like...new exercises? Because you can pretty much do everything that you can within a gym at home.

Oh, also, stop thinking so negatively about yourself. Instead of just pointing out flaws, purely think that you want (not I do not say "NEED") to loose weightiness to look better than you do at the moment.
