Weight loss - I really want to lose substance?

I want to lose weight but i don't know how to stop myself eating and to own the self control to say no. Does anyone have any tips to hold my mind off food and to improve my self control. Thankyou,

Answers:    i enjoy a similar problem but have solved it really easily
i hold little self control and everytime i need to eat some cake i lately say i will continue my diet tomorrow, and hold a night off
however it doesn't work as heaps of us know, and you put on all the weight you enjoy lost
however i have found an easy entry to control yourself and stop snacking (my major problem)
you put and elastic nouns around your wrist, and everytime you need to eat unneccessarily simply ping it. it will hurt a bit but your brain will remember that it is not nice and so you will snack less! It sounds a bit horrible but it works really well!

frist of all,I will suggest u to do some exercises and go for bearing and eat such type of food which is healthier and does contain lots of calories and fat like on morning u can eat some bread or fruits.
And very soon a day many money are also there which help to lower fats...like "Sonna Belts"and other TeleBrands ...U can also clutch some medicine for it..

And about Ur intake control,it depends on u.If u want to lose Ur weight then u enjoy to stop eating.u think that u r aim is to " lose weight" and if u see any full of flavour food then just take no notice of it and and think about Ur aim...
See, Ur self control solely depends on u .It does not need any suggestion...

Weight and diets?


That's just it. Take your mind rotten food. Call a friend or do something useful around the house. You'd be surprised, cleaning the house takes hours, keep your mind off fod, and make everyone jovial in the end! Or exercise! That never hurts when you're trying to lose immensity and you'll be busy and your mind will be off food. Good luck! You need to cut sugar completely from your diet. Don't put in sugar to anything. Don't eat anything that is readily high in sugar similar to fruit and fruit juice, corn etc. Drink only bottled dampen. Eat very low or no-fat food. Don't eat overdue at night. Eat lots of veggies and drink veggie drinks (eg. V8) whenever you are hungry. Eat chicken breast for protein. DON'T STARVE YOURSELF.
As far as exercise is concerned, walking long distances is a good start. Find a sport that you approaching and stick with it.
