Weight problems?
hello I live in Australia and i am 13 years old.
i weigh 58 kilo's . Is that too much or what umm can you guys administer me some help in which exersises to do im already running around the block everymorning

My advice would be hold running but also stretch and lift some weights. That way you return with a full body work out instead of just running. I would also suggest to not worry roughly your weight. If people really watchfulness about you then it won't issue to them how much you way. But it's always a polite thing to stay healthy! You entail to cut sugar completely from your diet. Don't add sugar to anything. Don't eat anything explicitly naturally high surrounded by sugar like fruit and fruit juice, corn etc. Drink solely bottled water. Eat very low or no-fat food. Don't chomp through late at night. Eat lots of veggies and drink veggie drinks (eg. V8) whenever you are hungry. Eat chicken breast for protein. DON'T STARVE YOURSELF.
As far as exercise is concerned, walking long distances is a honourable start. Find a sport that you like and stick with it.
