Weight Watchers Help!?
I've been using the points plan on my own for almost 3 months, and having huge success-36.4# so far! However, the finishing 2 weeks I haven't been able to break this plateau...The scramble just won't seem to budge. I've be exercising, and I cut a point or two.
I'd love to hear other people's success stories, tips and/or hints that have help you. Also, any great recipes you have come across, I'm really sick of SmartOnes, Jacket Potatoes and Tuna :)
I'm not interested contained by switching to core plan, portion control is what helped me gain all this bulk, I can not trust myself to stop when I am full quite yet.
Thank you, adjectives!

I have be where you are . I LOVE weight watchers. its the individual way to lose wt and stay healthy - for me, anyway!!
When I hit that plateau, I told myself I have to get serious about this! so I go back to my week one tracker and repeated what I had done and tried to recapture the enthusiasm I have then. It worked , even though I did have to drop a couple of points because of the wt stop from the starting wt.
Go back to week one and re=read your book, pretend youre just starting and bulletin EVERYTHING
You always reach a point approaching that. I use SmartOnes for lunches and busy days, but actually cooking your food will help you guzzle less--it's a fact. Smelling the food while you take the time to prepare it satisfy part of your brain. So I recommend you try a few of easy recipe. Also, if you've been doing the same exercise, shifting that can help too. Your body gets used to duplicate old exercise and sort of conserves energy while you do it, so renovate it up a bit, get a new workout video.
