Weightwatcher is a money thirsty crap!!?
i joined weightwatchers a few weeks ago and they havent done nothing to serve me or support me lose weight, all they do i weigh u and endow with u booklets about their stupid points and expect u to pay lb5.50 a week for zilch. i lose tons of money through that rubbish company and advice people not to sign on them , they dont help at all , they merely want ur money not help u. the meetings are rubbish of late go weigh pay and piss past its sell-by date. wat a scam

I wonder why you are saying that. Don't you in fact go to meeting where on earth a leader talk to you. I love weightwatchers as it inspires me to loose more substance and stay on track.
I would say have restraint and more important faith within the program... The booklet about points is what is responsible for loosing weight and I own lost 20 lbs in 4 months :)
If you follow the program it is excellent and long lasting. I own heard of other diet programs where you enjoy to restrict food you eat but with weightwatchers you can anything you desire as long as you stay within your daily/weekly point limits. WW teach to eat you healthy and enjoy healthy habits .,... and it take a while to see result ... you may not see any result through the first 3 weeks.. but if you really follow the guidelines of the program , it can do wonders :)
Our meetings are great and the people are great on the other hand I went to one when I was younger contained by a different place and it was awful.
BUT the whole point of weightwatchers is it is supposed to backing you lose weight but they only administer you advice in the booklets IT's up to you to follow it. If you don't follow their guidance then it is a waste of time as you won't lose bulk! Meetings can be helpful if you stay and join surrounded by. I'm with slimming world and do find that if I stay I find out things I hadn't thought of. Plus everyone is going through the same item which helps - like a support group.
I did dream up the same as you but when I just weigh at home on my own I be not as motivated so went back.
Weightwatchers groups should own more to a meeting than just a weigh within. There should be presentations, discussions etc...
I have to admit that I other go to the first meeting, receive all the literature and never go support. They normally have free registration so I draw from their whole diet plan for lb5.50!! My aunty is on the weight watchers diet and is a extremity and because she lost alot of weight in a small space fo time they consent to her go to the meetings for free presently! You just have to stick to exersising alot and consumption what you should.
Stay for the talk afterwards, and apply some willpower. You can't blame others for what You eat and drink.
Edit: Oh, You can blame others for what You munch through. I disagree sorry i have lost 2 stone you need to enjoy determination willingness,weight watchers cant do adjectives the work concerning meeting yes some are rubbish but others can really be hepful depending on your leader xxx
I've found that the counterweight watchers point system actually works very very well and helped me to lose about 20 pounds, however i never go to the meetings i think your purely frustrated with slow progress everyone is different think of it as a lifestyle metamorphosis not a diet stress will keep you from loosing weight relax you'll loose it it newly take time .
If you haven't lost weight the singular one to blame is YOU!
I've lost almost 50 pounds with WW since January, it does work.
