What are some right summer work-out tips?
so school is out.
for the past almost 2 weeks i have just be around the house eating and doing nothing much.
i reason i gained 4-5 pounds.
where i live we enjoy a gym, so i have the equipment. but i have no concept what to do.
what types of exercises should i do (especially to lose weigh around my waist)?
how often should i workout? is it good to workout EVERYDAY or 6-times a week?

Answers: for yur abs lay on ground lift your legs up about 10 inches and a short time ago hold them there and when u get better move them contained by scissor form. best ab workout ull ever get.

you can go to the gym and do the treadmill, some reading light weights to build up your endurance maybe, and stretch! but honestly you can progress outside the weather is so nice you can take a jog and later cool off in the pool... or play some soccer, tennis, anything beside your friends!
Everything in moderation. Exercise and drinking water are great. For stomach, do crunches on an ab globe. You don't have to go to the gym though, its' summer, ride bikes, swim, wander, run around. Catch fireflies. Have fun with it! Kudos on taking control and not just sitting around continuing to gain substance. Good luck! if u live by the beach go for a stroll look at the beautiful ocean may be u can stop up with some friends why'll ur there u should do this every morning or 4x a week, or if u dont live by the coast go to the mall, race walk to get to other shops run u should do this something like 2x a week
buy a heart rate monitor and research on how much bpm you have to maintain contained by order to burn fat

and the best way to lose weight is to burn past its sell-by date more calories than you consume...whether through exercise or by walking at the mall
Jump rop is a grate one,swimming is fun to.I also think you schould try ;running,swimming,kick rop,walking pets,wash your car,ride your bike,ride on a scotrer,summer sports approaching foot ball and bace ball.Have a grate summer. resourcefully i think you should do sit-ups. It's simple but you get lose immensity around your stomach and since your eating a lot it will turn most of that butter into muscle.
