What are some knob exersises for nice legs?
i'm 115-8 so i dont think i should lose weight, but i want to reorganize on my legs...there short, i'm only 5'5, so are in attendance any key exersises aside from lunges??

For a true workout that will kill your legs at the beginning but will aid in the long run, do the squat and lunge exercises, then move about run 1-2 miles. Rest the next day. Then do it again after the rest afternoon.
