What do u guys ruminate of my food plan to grow?
i'm 5'6, 129-130 pounds and my parents told me if i want to grow, i have to eat get through eat and exercise. so what do u guys think of this ... 3 week plan. (i already completed 2 weeks)
everyday i get through fried chicken, rice, pizza, egg rolls, and pepsi. i eat a lot of rice. is this suitable?
Answers: Definitely lose the soda.
Chicken'd be better broiled, not fried.
Go lite on the pizza, too, unles U dont care about hefty.
Eat small meals every coupla hours. Less carbs at nite.
Drink a LOT of water.
And I hope exercise mode lifting weights.

lose the soda i don't know if its true but there was a study that showed that caffine stunts your growth but i dont know for sure because i know lots of family that are tall and drink caffinated drinks but yah im still not sure if it'll make you grow taller...wider possibly but im pretty sure you grow according to how tall your parents are so if both your parents are tall youll be soaring..eventually and if they are both short your a lot more likely to be short. guzzle high protein medium margarine and medium carbs, most of your foods are nothing but carbs and fat. You need to eat protien and heave to stimulate your bodys own HGH and testosterone lvls.
No. You need to eat foods high-ranking in protein and low in corpulent and your veggies and your fruits and your carbs. Your diet will increase your fat and probably clog your arteries. Stick beside a healthy diet youa rent doing yourself any favours by trying to get tubby with junkfood. dont drink soda drink water...
but the rest is fine(provided youre going to exercise) merely add in some more athletic stuff.

This will create you REALLY unhealthy. Eat lots of whole grain and proteins.
Lots of Carbs and lots of Protein..AND LIFT A LOT OF WIEGHTS!!
The more you lift..the bulkier yo will get.. you'll grow adjectives right, just not in the route you want to lol
