I am trying to diet and I need to know if this is okay...
For lunch I had 1/2 cup of beans and I have 2 slices of bread with turkey and mustard.
I had a snack it be about a 1/2 cup of carrots, 1/2 cup of celery. and a partly cup of broccli with 3 tablespoons of ranch dressing.
I worked out today for 45 min.
My breakfast be two egg whites with one full egg, wtih red peppers sliced surrounded by it with half a banna and coffe near a splash of milk and 3 splenda packets.
How is that...where do I necessitate to improve? How many cals is that?

Anyway, what type of beans? If it be something like peas or green beans it would be 30-50 for those, but if they were task force beans or something similar to those, it would be about 75-120.. but again, they are negative calorie foods.

Mustard usually have no calories
Turkey has about 50 unless you really packed like sardines in on there.
Half cup of carrot? Hm.. 15 calories maybe.
Celery= 5
Broccoli= 10
Ranch= About 250
Two egg whites and full egg= 200
Red peppers= 10
Half banana= 40
Coffee= 15-20
Total: 860-900
Minus what you exercised off is just about 700-600 as what you digested but you probably took in more like 250-400.
Are you anorexic? That's not nearly adequate! You need at least 1,500 calories a hours of daylight if you're dieting, and that's what you need just to function properly!
Eat twice as much as you hold already and you'll have much better results and more muscle mass... trust me.
