What exercise routine can I do for Rheumatoid arthritis?
I would like to get on an exercise routine to be precise good for building muscle every where on my body. The problem is I can become enormously sore , very easily along near fatigue. I guess I am not asking what type of exercises to do because I can do just about any type of exercise ( similar to to firm up stomach and arms and legs). I just have to hamper how much I can do daily so then I am not sure if I am getting results. Would small amounts day after day be good or just doing moderate to unhealthy exercising a couple of days a week? I have been told different ways by different physical therapist and doctors. I am confused. Thanks!
Answers: I don't know what country you are in but in Canada we own a national Arthritis society and suspect the U.S. and Britain would have the same. Go to your local organization and they will give you pamphlets beside this information. If you don't have a local office try googling them and you will find that stuff on their website.
